    6. DOVER, N.H. — Dover police formally charged a 25-year-old man who they say stole a car from a local market, fled to Massachusetts, and led police on a chase. Foster's Daily Democrat reports Morgan Belanger was arrested Friday and charged with motor vehicle theft and reckless conduct. Police say Belanger almost struck the car's owner while fleeing the scene of the Nov. 10 incident.
