Pete Aguilar and challenger Paul Chabot appear to be headed for a general election re-match in the 31st Congressional District, according to early results released by the San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters. As of 11:38 p.m. with 63 percent of precincts reporting, Aguilar, a Democrat and former mayor of Redlands, won 30,546 votes, or 43.
