Redlands police are investigating a report from Republican congressional candidate Paul Chabot that one of his campaign signs was stolen and replaced with a rival's sign. The Chabot campaign believes this has happened multiple times. Chabot on Tuesday called on Democratic incumbent Pete Aguilar's campaign to return hundreds of signs he says were stolen.
